1. Shipping Coverage

• We currently deliver across India.
• International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Delivery Time

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
• Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.
• During festivals, sales, or unforeseen events, delivery may take longer.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping charge of ₹49 applies.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an extra handling fee.

4. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking ID and courier partner details.
• You can track your order directly on our website under My Orders.

5. Delayed Deliveries

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
• In case of excessive delay, please contact our support team for assistance.

6. Undeliverable Orders

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, the order will be returned to us.
• Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
