D&Y Garments – Return & Exchange Policy

At D&Y, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products should be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• All tags and labels must remain attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Innerwear, lingerie, and socks (for hygiene reasons).
• Items bought during clearance sales.
• Customized or personalized products.

3. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for another size or color:

• Exchanges are allowed only for the same product.
• Subject to stock availability.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. How to Initiate a Return

1. Log in to your D&Y account and go to My Orders.
2. Select the item and click on Request Return.
3. Our courier partner will schedule a pickup.
